Alex Rodriguez, Jennifer Lopez, and their family also were counting their blessings and have something to say to everybody during this Thanksgiving and Christmas season.
So, Alex, take the mic:
“This year, more than ever, #Thanksgiving carries a special meaning for all of us,” Rodriguez said. “Even in the most challenging of times, we need to count our blessings and celebrate what we have. Be thankful for family. Be thankful for friends. Be thankful for the people who make a difference in our lives…Enjoy your feast today and have a safe and happy holiday! 🦃”
That was from a Rodriguez Instagram post on Thanksgiving with his family.
Rodriguez also asked this very important question, one that is actually crucial to all of our mental health as we face 2020.
One of the things we can do is keep a gratitude journal (shout out to my wife for this suggestion) and truly count our blessings, even if it’s something small. This can be instrumental in helping cope with any adversity.
“What are you most thankful for?” Rodriguez asks.
So, what are you most thankful for? Seriously, you can answer this. Let us know in the comments. Let’s get some thankfulness going up in here!
