Reality TV star Kendall Jenner and Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker officially terminated their relationship after months of speculation.

The couple initially began dating during quarantine, although their relationship wasn’t made public until February 2021 during Valentine’s Day. At the time of the announcement, an insider reportedly told media outlet PEOPLE, “What first seemed like a fun hookup, is now a relationship. They are exclusive and Kendall is very happy with Devin.”
The two-year relationship seemed to be filled with ups and downs, this breakup being their second since 2020. Following their trip to Italy over the summer, the model and basketball player were having relationship turmoil. “Once they got back, they started to feel like they weren’t aligned and realized they have very different lifestyles,” E! News reported at the end of June. “Kendall told Devin she wanted space and time apart.”

At the time of this breakup, the insider shared they were committed to staying on good terms. “They have been in touch since and do care about one another,” the insider said of Jenner and Booker. “They both hope to make it work but, as of now, they are split.”
However, shortly after this news breaking, the two were spotted at a public event, holding hands with one another. During this time, multiple sources confirmed that the celebrity couple had resolved their issues. However, as of last month, the two split up once again.

According to an anonymous source, Jenner and Booker called it quits this time due to schedule conflicts. “Both have incredibly busy schedules right now with their careers and they’ve decided to make that a priority,” the source explained. “They have a lot of love and respect for each other and wish only the best.”
The breakup was also supposedly a very quiet one, with not much information being offered to the public. However, this should not come as a shock, as Jenner has always been vocal about her need for privacy, especially in regard to romantic relationships.
“I got a glimpse of how my sisters dealt with [the attention] and it’s cool to learn from that. For me, a lot of things are very special and very sacred, like my friends and relationships,” Jenner said during an interview with Vogue Australia in 2019.
