Kobe Grinch Shoes Spotting: Anthony Davis, NBA Players, Russell Wilson, And Fans Rocking The Nike Shoes During The Christmas Season
As “The Grinch” said: “It came without ribbons, it came without tags. It came without packages, boxes, or bags.” Well, in this case, the Nike Kobe shoes definitely came in a package and box at least, shipped to fans, NBA players, and friends of Vanessa Bryant.
We can’t start this article without first paying respect to whom these shoes were named after, Kobe Bryant, as he rocked, what NBA Memes describes as, “the best Christmas Day basketball shoe of all time…the Kobe 6 ‘Grinch'”.
Over the past few weeks, the new Nike Kobe Vi Protro ‘Grinch’ shoes have caught sneaker heads by storm, wanting to get a pair. When you scan Twitter, though, they’re hard to come by, with the shoe selling out in many online retailers.
Vanessa Bryant knows fans were “having a hard time buying Kobe’s online” and had something to say to fans:
Vanessa also gifted the shoes to people, including Pau Gasol and his family and Caron Butler. According to People, Vanessa also gifted the shoes to Kim Kardashian West.
And many pro athletes or staff were reppin’ the Grinch shoes either pre-game or during one of their recent games.

For those fans who were able to get their hands on these shoes, they were proud to display them:
And one fan had fun with the fact that even though he didn’t get the shoes, he still had a “Kobe 10 Christmas (Edition)”
So, rest assured the Grinch didn’t steal Christmas as people are counting their blessings. Know that to simply own a pair of shoes is enough. Because as “the Grinch” famously said: “Maybe Christmas doesn’t come from a store. Maybe Christmas perhaps means a little bit more.”
