Ahead Of Super Bowl LV, Tom Brady Talks About How Patrick Mahomes Has Elevated Since 2018
The quarterbacks will go head to head against each other come Super Bowl LV. But, the days leading up to the big game, the six-time Super Bowl champ is showing nothing but love to the defending Super Bowl champ.
“That’s an amazing accomplishment to win MVP in ’18, win the Super Bowl in ’19, and then this year have the kind of year that he had, which is probably more similar to the year that he had in 2018,” Tom Brady said per the NFL. “I just think he’s just going to keep improving.”
To have that kind of respect from who a lot of people consider the GOAT of NFL quarterbacks, that means something.
And the respect is reciprocated from Patrick Mahomes.
“It seems like every single year he’s just getting better,” Mahomes said about Brady per NFL.com. “It truly is amazing to watch. And it’s amazing to go up against, cause you know you’re going up against the best.”
On February 7, it will be the AFC’s best versus the NFC’s best as Mahomes’ Chiefs look to defend their title against Brady’s Bucs.
Who do you have winning the big game? And will either Brady or Mahomes get the Super Bowl MVP nod? Let us know in the comments!
