Tom Brady’s 13-Year-Old Son Supports Him Through Everything And It’s Adorable

Is it possible that Tom Brady’s eldest son Benjamin is the quarterback’s biggest fan? Apparently, the odds are very likely.

Prior to the December 5th Tampa Bay Buccaneers game against the New Orleans Saints, the seven-time Super Bowl champion took to Instagram to share a wholesome text exchange between him and his 13-year-old son. “I will be watching,” the newly turned teenager wrote to his dad. “Say hi to me on camera.”

After Brady responded “YES,” with multiple red exclamation points, Benjamin proceeded to say, “Go and do what you do best…Kick some butt.”

When posting the screenshot to his Instagram story, the famed athlete described the interaction as “The best motivation any Dad can have,” and added “I love you Benny” with three red heart emojis. And, motivation seems to be the appropriate sentiment, for Tampa Bay went on to win their game against the Saints in a 17-16 lead.

However, Brady’s 13-year-old son is not the only child that shows unwavering support for the quarterback. During an episode of his SiriusXM podcast Let’s Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jim Gray, the 45-year-old father shared that his daughter Vivian is also an incredible cheerleader.

“That little girl was very excited for her dad. So, she is my no. 1 cheerleader and I wouldn’t have it any other way,” the NFL player revealed. Brady even noted that Vivian helps him on the field by pointing out when he looks frustrated, something he believes alters his team’s ability to perform.

“I wish I could apply that more often—as you guys see my face on game day. My daughter always says, ‘Daddy, you did not have a happy face out there.’ And I’m tryin’, but I wish I would have more awareness of what this scowl looks like,” he explained. “But I’m doing my best to try to get to a better place and better peace of mind out there.”

Within the last few months, the legendary quarterback has gone through a public divorce with his now ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen. Despite their separation, Brady relayed that he and Bündchen are working together to amicably co-parent their children, including their 10-year-old daughter.

“We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be at the center of our world in every way,” he stated. “We will continue to work together as parents to ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve.”
