Kansas City Chiefs’ Nick Allegretti Had TWO Big Wins in Less Than 24 Hours

Kansas City Chiefs' Nick Allegretti Had TWO Big Wins in Less Than 24 Hours – Just hours before defeating the Philadelphia Eagles during the Super Bowl, Kansas City Chiefs' Nick Allegretti and his wife Christina welcomed twin girls into the world.

Just hours before defeating the Philadelphia Eagles during the Super Bowl, Kansas City Chiefs’ Nick Allegretti and his wife Christina welcomed twin girls into the world.

On Sunday, February 12, 2023, the 26-year-old NFL player’s life changed forever. In the early hours of the morning, he became the father of two girls. And, only a few hours later, he became a Super Bowl champion.

“It’s the best day of my life no matter what – 3:30, 4 a.m. – I became a dad, father of two daughters. Unbelievable,” Allegretti told Chiefs Digest about the exciting day. “And now, I’ve got a ring for both of them. Incredible, cannot believe it.”

His wife Christina went into labor at roughly 3:30 am in Chicago. Since Allegretti was in Arizona preparing to face off against the Eagles, he had to watch the birth of his daughters via FaceTime.

However, Allegretti was not the only player on his team to have a Super Bowl baby. Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr., who did not play in the game due to an injury, announced that his partner was going into labor just hours ahead of the game.

“OMG, HER WATER BROKE,” he tweeted. A few hours later, on the morning of February 13th, the wide receiver shared photos of his newborn son and stated, “He’s HERE!!!!!”

Similar to Allegretti and Hardman, Jason Kelce almost had a childbirth on the day of the Super Bowl

There was also a possibility of Allegretti and Hardman not being the only two fathers who received Super Bowl babies. Prior to the big game, Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles announced that his wife was bringing her OBGYN to the Super Bowl just in case she went into labor since her due date is rapidly approaching.

“Kylie’s bringing her OB because she’s going to be 38 weeks pregnant at the game,” the Eagles player shared during an episode of his podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce. “That could be a super Kelce Bowl. If she has a baby in the stadium, it’s officially scripted.”

Kylie, this wife of Jason, also joked about the possibility of their baby coming on Super Bowl day. “We don’t have a name, but my husband keeps making the joke that if she does come while we’re out there that we’ll name her Super, which is one of the most absurd things I’ve ever heard of in life,” Kylie told People.
