“There’s a time in life when a man has perfect clarity and that moment for me is now,” Mike Tyson said in a video he shared on Instagram. It was then that the 54-year-old revealed he was stepping into the ring one more time.

On September 12, Tyson has agreed to fight Roy Jones Jr. on Thriller and Pay-Per-View. According to CNN, the eight-round exhibition match will take place at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California.

“I’m stronger, faster, and more in tune with my mental and physical ability than ever before. And that’s why I have agreed to fight Roy Jones Jr. on Thriller September 12. Thriller the perfect platform for me to partner with because it embraces all colors, races, and beliefs. And because it allows you to show the world who you are and that you can do you.”
