Rachel Bradshaw, daughter of former pro football player and FOX co-host Terry Bradshaw, is officially married to Chase Lybbert following a gorgeous Texas wedding.

Roughly 300 guests had the chance to see the bride walk down the aisle at the historical Courthouse-on-the-Square Museum in Denton County, Texas, on Saturday. However, the bride wanted to make sure the ceremony wasn’t any typical wedding. Rather, she wanted it to be one big party.

“I didn’t want to deal with anything traditional. This is my second wedding, and I was like, ‘Let’s just have a big party.’ Basically a reception, but it just was way more us,” Bradshaw said of the event.

With this mindset, the couple provided guests with a massive seafood tower, sliders, hush puppies, a macaroni and cheese bar, a baked potato bar, and a salad bar. Bradshaw expressed, “Southern everything…Just yummy, kind of finger foods. I don’t want everyone sitting down. I want people up and partying…I want people partying and drinking and eating and not waiting around.”

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE Magazine, the musician discussed the union and her relationship with Lybbert. According to the 35-year-old newlywed, they’ve been friends for decades. “I’m marrying my childhood friend,” she explained. “Our families are so close. And solidifying that is so special, really, for all of us. Our moms have been trying to hook us up for over a decade, so this is the best day ever for them and us! It’s just so much love and warmth.”

Additionally, the location of the ceremony was also significant to the couple’s family. Bradshaw went on to relay that both she and her husband’s family have been members of the Denton Country Club for generations, and it was the very location where she first fell in love with Lybbert.

“Our parents’ parents have been members for generations, and we are members,” she shared. “And on the day that I saw him and I fell in love with him was June 28th, 2021. I was sitting at the country club with my girlfriend Erin, drinking wine and at a corner table. So we just fell in love there, met there.”

The bride added, “His parents were both married there. So I was like, ‘You know what? We got to do it at the country club.’ It’s just so meant to be.”
