What To Do When Signing An NBA Extension Valuing Almost $200M? Jump Into A Pool!
Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell agreed to a five-year designated rookie extension deal worth up to $195 million according to ESPN.
That’s a lot of money!
So, what better way than to celebrate by jumping into your nearest pool.
It’s what Mitchell reportedly did as shown in a video shared by ESPN’s SportsCenter.
What a way to make a splash into the start of a new NBA season.
Mitchell has improved his points-per-game each year since he got drafted by the Jazz in 2015. The Jazz guard averaged 24 points a game last season and was named to his first All Star game. Mitchell’s rebounding and assist numbers have also jumped up each year.
“A dream does not become reality through magic it takes sweat, determination and hard work…LETS GO! #LOVEYOUGRANDMA” Mitchell said in an Instagram post.
