One thing is very clear when it comes to retired NFL star Michael Strahan‘s Instagram page, he loves food, his job, but most importantly his daughters.

Strahan’s twin daughters, Sophia and Isabella, also have a love of food and cooking it as well. And while they were with their dad a few days ago, the sisters decided to whip up a pretty impressive meal for themselves and their dad.

Luckily for us, Strahan documented the entire process. Now, 1.3 million people have something new to make for dinner.

“Nothing like spending time with the kids,” Strahan wrote on Instagram.

“Thank you for giving Dad the night off,” he said to Sophia and Isabella. As one of the identical twins, Sophia, revealed in the beginning of the video, they were preparing BBQ chicken, cornbread, grilled caesar salad, and grilled vegetable skewers.

Sophia then shared how she choose to brine her chicken legs for two hours to make sure the meat is at its juiciest before sharing the dry rub she created to give it some flavor. At one point, Isabella popped into help. However, not long after, as Sophia began to make the cornbread, Isabella decided that she didn’t feel like cooking anymore.

Only did Bella return to create a delicious sounding twist on caesar dressing for their grilled caesar salad. In the end, the duo revamped their schedule a little bit. Instead of grilling veggie skewers, the twins opted for guacamole and chips instead.
