US Women’s National Soccer Team’s Ali Krieger Welcomes Sloane Phillips To The World: ‘We Promise Sloane Will Be Loved Every Single Day By Us, Our Friends And Our Family’

February 12, 2021 is the birthday of Sloane Phillips as US Women’s National Team defender Ali Krieger announced her adopted daughter came into this world at “6lbs 11oz💖”!

Krieger said she is “now saving ever single ‘first’ memory in an app on my phone” as she’s already capturing the memories.

“Dear Birth Mom.. Our promise to you: We promise Sloane will be loved every single day by us, our friends and our family,” Krieger said in an Instagram post. “We promise to give her the tools to live a happy, successful life of inclusivity and support. We promise to share her adoption story with her from the very beginning and celebrate every milestone! We promise to encourage her to follow her dreams no matter how big or small. We promise to be open minded and respect your wishes to have future communication and that she will always know how much you love her!”

Krieger: “Welcome to our family, Sloane Phillips…we are so in love with you already!”

“Thank you to our wonderful family, friends, agency, teammates and coaches who have supported us fully through this process and now we are SO PROUD to share her with the world!” Ashlyn Harris said in an Instagram post.
