Caught On Security Camera: School Custodian Drains Incredible Half-Court Shot While Cleaning

He shoots, he scores! From half court! We’re not talking Steph Curry, Damian Lilliard, or Trae Young here. You might expect those dudes to let it go from that distance and sink it, even during a NBA game.

This is about a school janitor, or should we say custodian and caretaker of an incredible trick shot, that let’s it fly from halfcourt. And not just any shot but with his back to the basket. One-handed.

What a shot! Incredible. Just casually cleaning but first, let me just sink a half court shot behind my back type of day. Here’s to having that kind of day today!

According to Daily Mail, the custodian is “Joe Orians…the custodian at Liberty-Benton Middle School in Findlay, Ohio”.

The shot was captured on CCTV (security camera) per Daily Mail. Daily Mail states the video was posted by the school’s principal, Kyle Leatherman.

This shot was LeBron James-like at least for one person Twitter:

“The Unsung Heroes” And “Nike should make a shoe and call it the custodian”

A lot of people enjoyed this video with people agreeing there should be a shoe named after this as one reply said: “Nike should make a shoe and call it the custodian”. Another person replied, giving a shoutout to this great profession, and said: “the unsung heroes”.

And as you go about your day, please remember this:
